Описание работы:
|
1. Operator take plywood sheet 1 and stick it into Press1
2. Machine is feeding Plywood sheet 1 through press- close tool and positioning plywood sheet on backside of press
3. During time machine automatic manufacture sideband and feed it in correct place inside press
4. Operator take plywood sheet 2 and manually place it in correct position against ruler before Press
5. Operator perform pressing with foot pedal / Two hand control
6. Machine is feeding 2-sided Plywood sweep through press- close tool and positioning plywood sheet on backside of press
7. During time machine automatic manufacture sideband and feed it in correct place inside press
8. Operator take plywood sheet 3 and manually place it in correct position against ruler before Press
9. Operator perform pressing with foot pedal / Two hand control
10. Machine is feeding 3-sided Plywood sweep through press- close tool and positioning plywood sheet on backside of press
11. During time machine automatic manufacture sideband and feed it in correct place inside press
12. Operator take plywood sheet 4 and manually place it in correct position against ruler before Press
13. Operator perform pressing with foot pedal / Two hand control
14. Machine is feeding 4-sided Plywood sweep through press- close tool and positioning plywood sheet on backside of press
15. During time machine automatic manufacture sideband and feed it in correct place inside press
16. (Note – no plywood nb 5 should be used)
17. Operator perform pressing with foot pedal / Two hand control
